طراحی و ساخت فیلتر مایکرواستریپ میان‌گذر پهن باند با روش سری کردن فیلترها و بهبود افت خارج باند

چکیده

در این مقاله فیلتر میان‌گذر با باند عبور GHz 1.7 تا 11.5 GHz طراحی و ساخته‌ شده است . برای ساخت فیلتر مد نظر ، ابتدا دو فیلتر بالا گذر و پایین گذر به ترتیب با فرکانس‌های قطع 1.7 GHz و 11.5 GHz طراحی کرده سپس دو فیلتر را باهم سری می‌کنیم . ما هرکدام از فرکانس‌های قطع را به‌طور مستقل از فرکانس قطع دیگر طراحی می‌کنیم به‌ این‌ ترتیب ، طراحی یک فرکانس قطع در دیگری اثر نمی‌گذارد . در انتها ، این فیلتر بر روی لایه دی‌الکتریک Ro4003 باضخامت 32mil و ثابت دی الکتریک 3.38 ساخته‌ شده و مشاهده‌ می‌شود که نتایج شبیه‌ سازی و اندازه‌گیری با هم مطابقت دارند .

چکیده [English]

In this paper, a bandpass filter with cutoff frequencies 1.7-11.5GHz have been implemented. For construction of this filter, the first design two filters lowpass and highpass with cutoff frequencies 1.7 GHz and 11.5GHz respectively and then they use in series. We design cutoff frequencies independently, consequently, designing cutoff frequencies doesn’t interfere with each other. The end, filter is fabricated on the Ro4003 dielectric substrate with thickness of 32mil and Er=3.38. The simulated and measured results agree well with each other.
